LUKE VANDENBOSCH

Co-Owner

Luke has been building since he could drive, working on framing crews in High School, and serving four Co-op Terms through Post Secondary School. He is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Architecture, Project and Facility Management Program, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His recent professional exploits involved renovating hospitals in Toronto; however, he developed a passion for residential construction while renovating his own home and income properties..

RYAN VERSOLATTO

Co-Owner

Ryan is a graduate of George Brown College’s Construction Renovation Technology course and a certified Red Seal Carpenter. Ryan brings 10 years of professional experience in residential construction. He has worked his way up from a labourer, to licensed Carpenter, to full time Site Superintendent and Construction Manager. For the past three years Ryan has overseen several multimillion dollar custom home builds and renovations.
