Exterior Retrofit, Built to Last

This Mossley home received a major exterior retrofit, upgrading its performance from the studs out and giving it a fresh modern farmhouse look.

We replaced every window and door, removed the rotted sheathing and deteriorated siding, and wrapped the entire house in a SIGA Majvest weather-resistive and air barrier. Next came a continuous layer of ROCKWOOL Comfortboard exterior insulation, finished with James Hardie siding.

The result is a tighter, warmer, more durable home with a low-maintenance exterior.
